First session
When we meet, we will begin to create a container grounded in safety. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll explore the different experiences, feelings, and patterns that have shaped your life-- approaching each part of your story with curiosity and compassion. With time, as you begin to understand yourself in new ways, you may find more balance, more ease in your relationships, and a stronger sense of trust in your own inner wisdom.

I am Level 1 IFS trained through IFSI and utilizing this training to inform my work with clients
EMDR
I employ the use of EMDR in my session with clients to assist them in processing both chronic and acute trauma.

In my work with clients I do not take a one size fits all approach. We will work collaboratively in your care.
