My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize CBT treatment to change thinking patterns, by assisting client learn to recognize one's distortions in thinking that are creating problems, and then to reevaluate them in light of reality.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Healing stems from accepting your emotions — not getting rid of them. ACT can help address anxiety, depression, and general emotional distress by helping you learn to accept and allow distressing or unwanted feelings as part of your lived experience.

Compassion Focused

I use Compassion focused treatment to replace feelings of hostility and insecurity towards one's self with compassion and understanding to help promote mental and emotional healing

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I utilize DBT to teach patients how to recognize, understand, label, and regulate their emotions and how to handle interpersonal situations that give rise to negative, destructive or harmful behaviors. o help regulate
