Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana. I got my Masters Degree from Valdosta State in Georgia and my Bachelors from Central Michigan University. I have been practicing for 4 years. I enjoy helping individuals during life transitions, no matter the time of life. I also enjoy helping those struggling with depression or processing through current or past trauma.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, clients can expect to a period of introductions and getting to know them more as people and what their needs are. This will help us create a plan together of what goals for therapy would be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I think something that is a strength of mine is the effort I put into making my clients feel heard throughout our time together, working to tailor goals to what the client expresses and making sure we work together to achieve them.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I like working with those individuals who need a little extra help in finding their way through the difficult times in life. This could be transitions in life, working through trauma, processing grief. Individuals who aspire for therapeutic help, they just need the additional assistance to achieve the goals they create.
