I’m a licensed therapist providing telehealth services in Massachusetts and California. I primarily work with folks navigating anxiety, identity exploration, and major life transitions. My approach is relational, grounded, and collaborative, with an emphasis on building trust and creating a space that feels safe, thoughtful, and honest. I support people in better understanding their internal patterns, values, and experiences, and in making meaningful changes at a pace that feels respectful and attuned to your needs.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s normal to have questions or uncertainty going into a first session. Our initial meeting is focused on getting oriented and setting a foundation. We’ll go over some intake questions, talk through how therapy with me works, and spend time exploring what’s bringing you here and what you’re hoping for. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. This first conversation is about beginning to understand your needs together and seeing if working together feels like a good fit.
As most therapists like to say, I have an eclectic philosophy during therapy. There is no one-size-fits-all for healing! My focus will be on being a supportive and active listener and facilitator. This is a collaborative environment. What helps you to feel safe, heard, and seen? I individualize sessions based on my clients' needs. A lot of my philosophy involves great understanding of intersectionality and the impacts that social contexts have on individuals. I strive to approach from a relational lens; utilizing various treatment modalities to individualize each session.
I work with attention to the many contexts that shape a person’s experience, including individual, relational, cultural, and systemic factors. I help folks tell their story in their own time and in their own way, while also gently examining emotional patterns, belief systems, and coping strategies that may no longer be serving them. My role is to offer a steady, collaborative presence that supports reflection, clarity, and emotional resilience without rushing the process.
I tend to work best with folks who are reflective, curious about themselves, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed by internal patterns, anxiety, or periods of transition. Many are navigating questions around identity, relationships, work, or meaning, and want a therapist who can hold nuance, challenge gently, and move at a pace that feels respectful rather than forced.
