Hi there, I'm Alexia. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, chronic pain, or past trauma? I specialize in treating individuals with these concerns. As your therapist, I strive to help you live a life of peace, freedom, and all things you imagine for yourself and your life. My treatment and interventions work to integrate the mind and body into therapy, using somatic techniques. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have advanced training in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Sex Therapy/ Sexual Health.

First session
Your first session will be a time for us to get to know each other, complete an intake assessment addressing your personal history, and create goals for future sessions. In session, I work to share realistic coping skills and provide a sense of relief and hope.

Treatment methods
Somatic
I have advanced training in somatic trauma therapy. This form of therapy works to integrate the mind and body into therapy, using mindfulness and body-based practices.
Sex Therapy
I have advanced training in sex therapy/sexual health. I use sex therapy interventions to treat sexual health-related problems, including but not limited to sexual trauma, relationships, and sexual dysfunction.
