Welcome! I love working with emerging and young adults, supporting each person as they navigate life’s transitions, challenges, and opportunities for personal growth. I understand that everyone is unique, so I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and person-centered practices. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a degree from the University of Denver, I have experience working with children, teens, and families in both day treatment and public school settings. This work has given me a deep appreciation for the resilience people carry with them and the many different ways healing can unfold. I aim to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can safely explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop tools to manage stress, relationships, and self-discovery. My passion is helping young adults feel grounded, empowered, and confident in navigating the complexities of adulthood.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what’s been going on in your life. We’ll explore what’s been working, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to get out of therapy. You can ask me any questions about how I work, and together we’ll start figuring out the best way to support you. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and understood from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I tailor therapy to each person, drawing from EMDR, CBT, DBT, and person-centered practices. My focus is on helping clients build skills, gain insight, and feel more confident managing their emotions and relationships. Many leave sessions feeling grounded, empowered, and ready to apply what they’ve learned in real life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with emerging and young adults who are navigating life transitions, managing stress, or wanting to strengthen coping and communication skills. I enjoy supporting clients who want to explore their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and grow in self-awareness. Whether your goal is to manage anxiety, improve relationships, process past experiences, or build emotional regulation, I create a supportive space to help you build on your strengths and develop tools to move forward.

Being a patient of Jessica’s has truly been a life-changing experience for me and my journey of self growth! She is so knowledgeable, compassionate and encouraging. I cannot say enough great things about her and I would truly not be where I am today without her expertise, patience, understanding and guidance. Heidi D.
