Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) based in Chicago, IL. I received my Masters from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and have been practicing for 5 years. I help people of all ages meet their goals. I encourage my clients to participate in self-care and to build their coping toolbox to manage everyday challenges. I am also big on respecting boundaries and providing a safe space for clients.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, we will get to know eachother through conversation. Since we are building a relationship, it is important that the client also feels comfortable asking therapist questions. I will ask your background and family history and will discuss any challenges you are currently working through. We will also come up with therapeutic goals during this session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are providing a safe and comfortable space for clients to be themselves. I am also good with asking reflective questions that may help clients view situations from multiple perspectives. I am very empathetic and try to respect the boundaries of clients.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I would love to work with clients who are willing and ready to make positive changes in their lives. Clients should feel safe and supported throughout their therapeutic journey and would love clients to provide their honest feedback. I love working with individuals who advocate for themselves.
