At Trust and Care Mental Health, we offer SPRAVATO® (esketamine) nasal spray, an innovative, FDA-approved treatment for adults who have not responded adequately to traditional antidepressants. What We Treat: Treatment-resistant depression Major depressive disorder with acute suicidal thoughts or behavior, in combination with an oral antidepressant Coexisting anxiety or OCD symptoms may be evaluated, although SPRAVATO is not FDA-approved specifically for these conditions. Our SPRAVATO program provides personalized psychiatric evaluations, supervised treatment, medication management, and continuous monitoring in a comfortable, supportive environment. Already Have a Psychiatrist or Therapist? Keep your current provider! We coordinate care while managing your SPRAVATO treatments.
First session
In your first session with me as your psychiatric nurse practitioner, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where you will feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I aim to create a non-judgmental and open-minded space that prioritizes your needs. During our time together, we will start by discussing your concerns, experiences, and any specific challenges you may be facing. This initial conversation is an opportunity for you to express what you hope to achieve through our work together. I will also take time to gather information about your mental health history, current symptoms, and any previous treatments you may have had. I believe in a collaborative approach, so I will encourage you to ask questions and share your thoughts throughout the session. By the end, we will talk about potential next steps, which may include developing a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals. My focus is on making sure you feel understood and supported as we embark on this journey together.

Feel comfortable, feel safe, feel free. Currently, I am in a benzo-free practice.
