Ms. Charline Boufin is a nurse practitioner and adult psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. As part of her education, s he completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, she earned her master's degree in nursing from Florida International University. Based in Davie, FL, Ms. Boufin works with LifeStance Behavior Health, where she sees patients of all ages. She can help treat anxiety, depression, hyperactive disorders, bipolar, and psychosis. Apart from these, she also sees patients for anger management and sleep problems. Ms. Boufin actively participates in the development and implementation of individual treatment plans. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Clinician will teach client calming, relaxation, and mindfulness skills and how to discriminate better between relaxation and tension. Clinician will teach client how to apply these skills to daily life; will teach client how to recognize, stop, and postpone worry to the agreed upon worry time using skills such as though-stopping, relaxation, and redirecting attention.
