Hi there, my name is Briana and I am here to support you through various challenges and transitions. We can oftentimes feeling frustrated, stuck, or anxious - whether this be as a spouse, parent, employee, or just feeling overwhelmed as a human in general. We can all experience getting to a place where we feel completely numb & just trying to survive. You might feel like a hamster running on its wheel, feeling completely stuck and going nowhere, unsure of what to do differently. Maybe you're trying to heal on your own from the things that you never talk about, and are in need of someone who can listen & validate your emotions.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My therapeutic style is warm & welcoming, with use of humor sprinkled throughout. I understand that we all have unique needs when coming to therapy, and the relationship between you and your therapist is crucial. Therapy together will be completed on your terms. We will work collaboratively to develop goals together, and at a pace that you feel most comfortable.

My greatest strength as your therapist is my passion for the therapeutic process and the dedication to work alongside of you. I believe in the process of therapy and building upon our own resilience and strengths. We all need and deserve a supportive space for healing and growth, and I am dedicated to providing this for my clients. I feel honored to walk along side of you as you pursue your happiest self.

We all experience many thoughts throughout the day - some of them are very helpful and empowering, while others can tear us down and cause us to feel sad, worried, anxious, etc. I want to support you through navigating how to increase the positive and helpful thoughts - we want you to become your own biggest cheerleader!

Compassion Focused

Therapy is a space for you to talk through and process life's struggles, stressors, and things that you might not feel comfortable sharing with others in your life. I promise during our time together, you will be met with compassion, empathy, and validation as we work through your goals together.


I believe that each and every person has their own needs and goals when coming into therapy - it is my responsibility as your therapist to develop a treatment plan that would be most beneficial for you and is developed collaboratively with you.
