In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I begin with an introductory intake session that provides you the opportunity to share your story, discuss your concerns, and clarify what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will identify your goals and establish a collaborative plan for treatment. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable sharing openly and being vulnerable, while also feeling safe and respected. From there, we will continue working together in subsequent sessions to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
