Hey! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist based in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing in the mental health field for 4 years. As an art therapist, I incorporate traditional counseling techniques and/or creative modalities depending on your needs and preferences. My focuses include working with adolescents and adults to address concerns like anxiety, depression, life transition, and body image.
I aim to provide a warm and supportive environment in my sessions. A place where you feel heard and comfortable to dig into your emotions, thoughts, and concerns. My goal is to walk alongside you through the journey to meet yourself. In our first session, we will spend a lot of time getting to know one another and hashing out what your goals or expectations are for our time together.
My greatest strength as a provider is fostering a curious and safe environment for us to discuss all of the things!
