I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals heal from the deep and lasting wounds of trauma. My clinical work has focused extensively on survivors of child sexual abuse, particularly those navigating the complex aftermath of being harmed by a trusted adult—such as a caregiver or a parent with narcissistic traits. I specialize in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), with a specific focus on clients who are struggling to break free from abusive family dynamics or toxic bonds with their abuser. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns of self-blame, guilt, or emotional entanglement—what we often refer to as Stockholm Syndrome or trauma bonding.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first sessions will focus on building rapport, collecting information about your life and what you have been going through, and establishing goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is holding space and empowering the client. I truly believe in the therapeutic process and in the clients ability to find peace.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

If you were raised in an emotionally abusive home, manipulated by a narcissistic caregiver, or endured childhood sexual abuse at the hands of an adult in a position of authority or trust, you are not alone—and your healing is possible. My work centers around helping you rebuild a sense of safety, self-worth, and personal agency, while addressing the long-term impact of trauma on your identity and relationships. I work with adults ages 18–55 and provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process your experiences, reconnect with your inner voice, and begin the journey toward healing.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use evidenced based interventions to help clients manage their ruminating, intrusive thoughts, challenge negative beliefs, and change their internal narrative.

Trauma Informed Care

I am trained in using the 3 step method for trauma recovery that has been proven to be effective through research and my own work. First we work on developing the clients sense of safety in their minds, body, and their lives. Once the client is stable and is able to use their coping skills to manage their symptoms, we can discuss the trauma. For clients working through trauma, we discuss this process thoroughly.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use meditation and mindfulness practices in conjunction with CBT and Trauma informed care.
