I offer a thoughtful, comprehensive assessment to discuss and weigh out the role that medications could play to support your process of change. My goal is to provide the expert psychiatric care that will allow you to perform at your personal and professional best. I offer an array of psychiatric services including medication management, individual therapy, family therapy, behavior planning for children and adolescents, and advocacy for children in need of specialized academic services. My practice specializes in the medication management of adults and children with mood, anxiety and attentional disorders. I have special expertise in treating individuals who also have medical illnesses or who are pregnant/post-partum and in need of medication support as a component
I love working with kids and adolescents. I also love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My patients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.

I read reviews any time I meet with a new doctor and this one's reviews stood out to me. I also always choose a woman when seeking help because woman understand woman best. Woman are generally also far more nurturing, it is in our nature. I feel relieved after our session and I am thankful to tackle my healing journey with her support.

I felt that Dr. Binder was thorough and took the time to ask questions to understand my condition and how she could best help me. She was kind and very clear regarding next steps for my treatment.

Wow! Really impressed. Focused on my needs, why I was there, she wasn't just checking boxes and wasn't a drug pusher. Anna will definitely be my new permanent psychiatrist! I usually leave these types of appointments feeling awful, but today I feel empowered and positive.
