Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help young people identify their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful goals. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we're a good fit. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you feel supported, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
