Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am a LCSW dedicated to creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can navigate life's challenges. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness to help you process emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and build lasting resilience. Our first session will be focused on building a therapeutic relationship throughout the intake process and gaining a better understanding of what you what to gain from therapy.
