Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practice (PMHNP) based in Florida. I recieved my Doctorate in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from University Of Massachuesetts Global in California. I also have a double masters at PMHNP and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). I have over a decade of dedicated experience in psychiatric patients.
Using a compassionate approach, I have over a decade of experience in working with clients from young adult to elderly.
With a copassionate approach, I specialize in providingcomprehensive mental health assessment, personalized treatment plans, and therapuetic interventionsfor individuals struggling with a range of psychiatric disorders such as deppression, anxiety, and bipolar, and ect.
First session
In the first session, we will start with a brief instruction and explanation of what to expect in the weeks coming. I will ask a series of question in order to get to know you and what brings you to be. This will help me to create an individualized plan to help in the up coming weeks.

Ideal clients
I love to work with young adults to elderly population that are welling to work together to improve themselves. I love to work with individuals that feel anxious, depressed, and do not know how to manage their feeling and together we can turn the negative thoughts and behavoiors in to positive thoughts and behaviors to help them be the best that they can be.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Journaling is used mostly at my practice. Journaling about your thoughts and how it makes yoyu feel and elaborate in sessions. Also restructuring from unhelpful thoughts to useful thoughts.
