First session
Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Your provider will discuss your symptoms, mental health and medical history, current medications, and treatment goals. Based on the evaluation, your provider will recommend a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle recommendations, or follow-up care. Our goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel heard and involved in your treatment decisions.
Strengths
I provide compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based mental health care in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Every treatment plan is tailored to each individual's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I take the time to listen, educate, and collaborate with my clients so they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care. My approach combines thoughtful medication management, practical coping strategies, and coordination with therapy or other services when appropriate, with the goal of helping clients achieve lasting improvements in their mental well-being.
Ideal clients
I welcome individuals of all backgrounds who are seeking support for their mental health, whether they are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, or other emotional challenges. My ideal clients are those who are ready to better understand their mental health, explore treatment options, and work collaboratively toward meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are seeking help for the first time or continuing your mental health journey, I strive to provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where you feel heard and empowered.
