Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters from the University of Florida and have been practicing for about 12 years. I help those who are interested in personal growth, creating healthy relationships (which can mean working on our own insight, communication skills training, etc), decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression, and those who are interested spiritual practices.
In our first session together, we'll get a feel for what it would be like working together, and dive into the specific things you want to address. Usually, clients share that they feel deeply understood after one session. I have also hear clients share that they feel a sense of peace of mind, and sometimes even excitement, when hearing the tailored plan I create to support them in their growth.
I want to get to know you, as a whole person. I can help you integrate all parts of yourself, and emerge feeling refreshed, renewed, and whole.
