In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will start with a brief introduction. I will provide you with an overview of the therapy process, and we will touch upon the issues leading you to seek help. By doing so this will help to create a treatment plan to guide us through future sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My years of experience have helped my develop methods to guide clients in recognizing triggers and how to cope with them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, from teens to older adults. I have experience both as a clinician and as a social worker. Both these positions have helped me develop the skills to provide mechanisms to improve my clients lives.
