I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. My experience includes but not limited to working with clients with a wide range of concerns: anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and self-esteem. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with compassion and respect. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, using integrative approaches, such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic therapies. I am client-centered, and our sessions and treatment plan are tailored to address your specific needs.
