Heya, I'm Deb. What brings you to therapy? Does it feel like your life hasn't lead you where you felt you would be? Do you find yourself fearful of change, with difficulty accepting life's ups and downs? Do you need help with your relationships? If you're looking for a therapist that can support you and empower you to think outside of the box and make choices for progress, I am ready to help.

My therapeutic experience started with those that needed a higher level of psychiatric care, which helps me to feel more comfortable with uncomfortable conversations.

My therapeutic experience started with those that needed a higher level of psychiatric care, which helps me to feel more comfortable with uncomfortable conversations. In stepping into private practice, I began to specialize in anxiety, panic, and ADHD. I consistently research evolutionary psychiatry, making sense of human behavior. I like to think of all realms of wellness in terms of balancing life, with a healthy understanding and use of communication styles and boundaries for relationships. I am currently attempting my PhD in forensic psychology. Along with my education, I offer a wealth of life experience as I have experienced the ups and downs of life, loss, divorce, co-parenting, and coming to a place of balanced wellness despite life's struggles. I am looking forward to meeting you!
