Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have been practicing for 10 years. I help young adults and adults in their healing journeys by identifying and addressing the root thoughts and triggers contributing to their negative thought and behavioral patterns. I help them develop the skills to heal from them and be their best version.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with young adults who are are motivated and eager to address their identified problem areas in order to to live well. They are open and receptive to learning the tools to make their goals a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their present and future.

Therefore, CBT is a tool I use to help clts identify detrimental thoughts that are influencing emotions and thereby behaviors; behaviors that are negatively impacting one's life. Once that awareness is in motion, the healing begins.
