I’m glad you’re here. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling anxious, heavy-hearted, or simply stuck. If you’re experiencing racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, or a sense of sadness that seems to linger, you’re not alone. Many people find themselves grappling with these feelings, especially when faced with life’s challenges. Together, we can explore what’s happening in your life and find ways to help you feel more like yourself again. My approach is gentle and grounded, using a combination of compassion and effective communication to help you move forward at your own pace.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our sessions, you should feel that we’re working together as a team. You’ll be both listened to and respected, with my support helping you move toward your goals. I believe in balancing structure with flexibility, so I can adapt to what works best for you. If you find it helpful to have clear structure and tasks to work on, I can provide that. At the same time, I’m here to be fully present with you, addressing any immediate concerns and helping you figure out the next steps. Above all, you should feel safe, heard, and supported throughout our work together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe in supporting you in living your best life, rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all approach. I am adept at navigating complex and challenging situations and feel honored to walk alongside clients during their darkest moments, offering calm and compassion throughout the journey.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with adults from all walks of life, and I’m committed to creating a safe space where you can feel understood and supported. Whether you're adjusting to unexpected changes, struggling with self-esteem, facing difficult relationship patterns, or dealing with negative habits, I’m here to help. In my practice, I do not accept mandated clients and do not provide emotional support animal letters. Additionally, I do not engage in divorce or separation proceedings, and I prefer not to be a witness in such cases. I also do not offer input on visitation schedules, custody arrangements, or any family court matters, as I believe these areas require a different focus than my therapeutic approach.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

Compassion practice helps create a safe and understanding space where you can be kind to yourself, especially during difficult moments. By learning to approach yourself with patience and care, you can begin to heal and grow in a more supportive and gentle way.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

By exploring the relationship between your thoughts, physical sensations, and mood, we work together to build a greater sense of peace and understanding. Techniques like body scans, emotional exploration, and tuning into physical sensations play a crucial role in this process.

Somatic

I use somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and tune into physical sensations, emotions, and tension. These practices support you in releasing what no longer serves you, creating a sense of safety and grounding. Through mindful breathing, body awareness, and gentle movement, I guide you in processing what comes up and restoring balance.
