I’m glad you’re here. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving us feeling anxious, heavy-hearted, or simply stuck. If you’re experiencing racing thoughts, trouble sleeping, or a sense of sadness that seems to linger, you’re not alone. Many people find themselves grappling with these feelings, especially when faced with life’s challenges. Together, we can explore what’s happening in your life and find ways to help you feel more like yourself again.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our sessions, my hope is that you feel truly seen and supported — not rushed, not judged. Many people come to therapy during a time of change, reflection, or when they’re carrying something unresolved that’s starting to feel too heavy to manage alone. Together, we’ll slow things down enough so you can tune in to what’s really going on inside — and begin to make more space for clarity, self-compassion, and choice.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m a gentle listener and bring a calm, steady presence to our work together. I value being present and connected with you, and I support you in becoming more present with yourself, too. I also bring a deep respect for individual differences — our cultural backgrounds, life histories, family systems, and inner worlds. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. What matters to you matters to me.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with people who are going through a lot internally . Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself. Maybe you’re carrying grief or loss, adjusting to a big change, or working through a complicated situation that doesn’t have easy answers. You might be trying to untangle old patterns or beliefs, or simply wanting to feel more confident, more steady, and more like yourself again. You don’t need to have the “right” words for what you’re feeling. In my practice, I do not accept mandated clients and do not provide emotional support animal letters. Additionally, I do not engage in divorce or separation proceedings, and I prefer not to be a witness in such cases. I also do not offer input on visitation schedules, custody arrangements, or any family court matters, as I believe these areas require a different focus than my therapeutic approach.

My treatment methods

Compassion Focused

Compassion practice helps create a safe and understanding space where you can be kind to yourself, especially during difficult moments. By learning to approach yourself with patience and care, you can begin to heal and grow in a more supportive and gentle way.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

By exploring the relationship between your thoughts, physical sensations, and mood, we work together to build a greater sense of peace and understanding. Techniques like body scans, emotional exploration, and tuning into physical sensations play a crucial role in this process.

Somatic

I use somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body and tune into physical sensations, emotions, and tension. These practices support you in releasing what no longer serves you, creating a sense of safety and grounding. Through mindful breathing, body awareness, and gentle movement, I guide you in processing what comes up and restoring balance.
