Hi there, I’m Stephanie!
A little bit about me is that I have approximately five years of clinical experience. In 2016, I graduated from Shippensburg University with my bachelors degree in psychology and then continued at Shippensburg University to receive my masters degree in clinical mental health counseling graduating in 2018. I have worked in and with several different treatment modalities and settings with different populations to include inpatient behavioral health treatment with teens and adults in a psychiatric inpatient setting, inpatient and outpatient substance abuse counseling, and prison work.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, etc., I am here to help teach and help you utilize coping strategies that emphasize mindfulness and balance in your life.
Seeking therapy can be scary but it is my goal to make you feel comfortable and at ease while opening up in a safe and controlled environment. I look forward to working together.
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from yourself? You may be the person everyone depends on, the caregiver, helper, partner, parent, or deep thinker who spends so much energy supporting others that your own needs come last.
I work with adults, children, and caregivers who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting stress, and identity exploration. My clients are looking for approachable ways to move forward, new coping skills or a new perspective on life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming care and welcome individuals who are exploring gender identity, sexuality, and authentic self-expression. Together, we'll build on your strengths and help you create a life that feels more connected, balanced, and aligned with who you are.
Hi, I'm Samantha!
I specialize in working with adolescents, families and also support adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. With a background spanning multiple levels of behavioral health care - from intake through discharge - I bring a well-rounded understanding of what meaningful support looks like at every stage. I'm certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and draw on CBT and Family Systems Therapy to tailor my approach to each person I work with. Whether you're processing anxiety, depression, past trauma, managing family conflict, or moving through a difficult life transition, I'm here to help you build toward your goals
Hi, I’m Nasim Javan - a licensed therapist with over 13 years of experience and a Mom Coach. I’m also a mom of two, an avid tennis lover, and someone who deeply believes that women need more support postpartum.
I specialize in helping women navigate major life transitions, with a particular focus on motherhood, identity shifts, relationship changes, loss, and career transitions. Many of the women I work with are high-functioning, capable, and used to holding everything together - until the mental load, burnout, and emotional exhaustion become too heavy to carry alone.
My work is grounded in a simple truth: struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing - it means you’re unsupported.
I support women who are navigating:
The identity shift of motherhood
Mental load overwhelm and burnout
Relationship and communication challenges
Guilt around asking for help or setting boundaries
Loss, grief, or major life changes
Feeling disconnected from themselves
Together, we work to:
Rebuild confidence and clarity during motherhood
Reduce overwhelm and redistribute the mental load
Strengthen communication and relationship dynamics
Set boundaries without guilt
Develop coping strategies that actually fit real life
Reconnect with who you are - beyond roles and expectations

I am a veteran of the helping professions, having served since 1982 in some capacity or another, and I still find excitement in the possibility of helping those who need such assistance. I am currently licensed in two states, both North Carolina and Pennsylvania. I find many people respond to my ability to simply listen and that shows that they do not often feel they have been heard and sometimes this is all that is necessary to start the journey to begin healing. Certainly more is often required, and helping people connect with effective treatments whether provided by myself or not is the best help that can be given.
