It's understandable to experience a range of emotions as you begin therapy, but know that this is a brave, incredibly empowering and positive choice. And remember you're not alone in this journey.
A little more about me. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and I have been practicing individual, group and family therapy for the past 14 years. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows individuals/couples/families to explore obstacles with concerns related to their mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. I try to provide a holistic approach for individuals to ensure that we are able to collaborate on all areas that you may want to address. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life/ genders/backgrounds/religions, and many more. I also enjoy working with women. Being a woman and a person of color allows me to approach my work with profound empathy and a commitment to advocating for those who share similar backgrounds.
Counseling provides a safe space to explore your inner world and discover your true potential. Therapy can be a tool to unlock your strength and create a life that feels meaningful and authentic. if you are seeking that kind of transformation, I'm ready to partner with you when you are.
Life is full of change, and sometimes those changes can feel overwhelming. I believe there is no single “right way” to handle life’s challenges, which is why I take a person-centered and integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel supported and more at ease with where you are while working toward where you want to be.
Over the past 12 years, I’ve gained experience with a wide range of approaches including expressive arts therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, yoga, nature-based practices, nutrition, and relationship work. I enjoy bringing creativity and flexibility into sessions so that we can find what works best for you. I have a strong background in helping clients with worry, low mood, and spiritual concerns, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable exploring any challenge you’re facing.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Saint Leo University with a specialization in Advanced Clinical Practice. Before that, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, with minors in Film and Creative Writing. My professional experience spans a variety of settings, including community health centers, private practice, child welfare, schools, nonprofits, and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time in nature, watching movies, and participating in the arts. I am licensed in Florida, Idaho, South Carolina, and Utah. I work with cash-pay clients located in these states.
Hi, I'm Melissa, and I’m deeply passionate about helping those who serve and those who are facing unique challenges. I understand the toll that trauma, high-stress environments, and coping with loss can take, especially for first responders, veterans, and those struggling with addiction. My goal is to offer you a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, no matter where you are on your journey.
In our work together, I use proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and strengths-based approaches, tailoring them to meet your unique needs. My approach is person-centered, focused on helping you understand your experiences and empowering you to build healthier coping mechanisms and resilience.
Throughout sessions, you can expect to gain new insights, manage stress, and develop skills to overcome personal obstacles. Hi! My name is Jana! Thank you for reading my profile :) I want you to know a little about me so you can decide if you'd like to schedule with me. I am licensed in Ohio and I have been a Therapist for over 10 years. I have been doing teletherapy for quite awhile now and I much prefer it to in-office settings. I am a mother to 3 wild kiddos, I live in the country and I [try to] make friends with feral cats. I am very chatty, I enjoy getting to know the people that I am working with. I have a lot of experience in several areas: domestic violence, narcissism, autism, intellectual disabilities, adhd, depression, pregnancy loss, anxiety, parenting issues, life changes, bullying, etc. I like a natural conversation style in sessions so it is as comfortable as possible! FYI: I'm not currently accepting couples and I don't write recommendation letters for ESA/service animals due to the potential liability.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve reached out. I exclusively work with adult women 35+ and would love to connect.
Sometimes the deepest wounds are the ones no one else can see. What looks like “family conflict” may actually be the lasting impact of relationships that taught you to survive before you learned to feel safe.
I work exclusively with women 35+ navigating attachment wounds, enmeshment, emotional abuse, chronic invalidation, childhood trauma, estrangement, and painful relationship patterns.
Therapy with me isn’t about forcing reconciliation or telling you to “let it go.” It’s about understanding what happened, honoring your experience, processing what you’ve carried, and rebuilding self-trust. Your past deserves to be understood—but it doesn’t deserve to own your future. 💛

Additionally, she has volunteered for various community and religious organizations in her area.
I am a therapist with over 25 years of experience. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing grief, life transitions, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and grounded in helping clients feel heard while building practical tools for healing and growth. I also have experience in hospice work, supporting clients and families through serious illness, end-of-life concerns, and the grief process with care and sensitivity.
I go by Becky and have been working with children and families since 2004. I have provided many different kinds of case management and therapeutic services in my social work career.
I believe that wellness includes many factors of a person's life--mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Some of those things in your life might be in balance while other areas are not. You probably already have the ability to manage many situation or challenges with a combination of existing strengths and learned skills; we can add to those together.
My enjoy using play therapy. Through play child, families, and (yes!) adults can work through many issues in their lives. The best part is all the hard work doesn't feel like work. We learn skills by playing throughout our entire lives beginning with playing peek-a-boo; on the grade school play ground; sports and backyard games; as well as board games and card games with friends.
If playing isn't for you, I also provide the traditional "talk therapy" that most people are familiar. I received a specialization in Military Social Work during my master’s program at USC and have a passion for working with those, both children and adults, who have experienced trauma. Trauma can show up in a lot of different ways and look like many things. In counseling, we can use a combination of CBT, solution focused, and problem-solving therapy, along with Motivational Interviewing, trauma therapies, and Play Therapy when appropriate. Your plan, developed in your words, will be a great road map for reaching your desired destination. I would be honored to walk with you along that path.
Seeking help reflects the courage and drive that you already have within you.
I’m Scott, a therapist who strives for a flexible and authentic connection. My goal is to create a space that feels comfortable enough to laugh in, but intentional enough to grow in. Whether we’re using DBT skills or navigating the week's hurdles, I’m here to challenge you and help you find the change that’s waiting right around the corner.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m typically spending time with my boys, watching anime, or baking. So remember: 'If every porkchop were perfect, we wouldn’t have hotdogs.' Don’t wait for the 'perfect' time to start therapy, reach out today and let's get started.
Hi! Are you feeling anxious, confused, depressed, or struggling with life in other ways? My name is Alyce and I offer person-centered therapy in a safe space for you to be heard. I like to focus on individualized treatment based on you and your needs rather than cookie-cutter therapy.
I have over 20+ years counseling experience with diverse populations and like helping others as I was helped earlier in my life.
As a licensed professional clinical counselor based in Ohio with over two decades of experience, I’m here to offer support for those wrestling with anxiety, alcohol and drug addiction, depression, trauma, stress, relational, life , self-esteem and ADHD. I firmly believe in tailoring my approach to fit your unique needs because I understand that one approach does not fit all. Let’s work together to explore your concerns and find solutions that resonate with you on a personal level. Your well-being is my priority, and I’m committed to seeing you as a whole person, not just a list of issues.
I tend to thrive in crisis. Ideal with the toughest cases of trauma, shootings, cults abductions, and domestic violence. I have been able to help so many veterans as well over the past 12+ years in my positions with US Service Animals, Simple, Practice, Grow Therapy and other telehealth platforms. I was an early adopter of telehealth and I have seen it. Make such a difference for so many people because of the comfort that is brought by being able to open up in an environment you know is safe, your own home/space. I take a solutions focused and a client centered approach. I am also insight oriented. I have a lot of insight when it comes to dealing with physical pain and disabilities as I have a visual disability since very young and suffered a TBI at age 24. I like to focus on what issues you are having and come up with coping mechanisms that will work for you. Dealing with the struggles I have had throughout my life has helped me work with people and develop creative and effective coping mechanisms for their specific issues. I have now lived and worked in several states with varying cultures and have benefited from all of these experiences. I have spent a lot of time in a hospital and work well with nurses and medical professionals as well. Please reach out if you think I can help and I will meet you where you are and see where we can go from here.
I provide trauma-informed care to women and men. I want to help clarify whatever it is you want to heal. What is it that you aren't getting from your environment that leads you to overwork, over think, isolate or continue habits you already know don't serve you? To communicate better in your relationships I will use what I’ve learned to help guide you in how to disagree without hurting, highlight what is already working, and uncover the struggles you face to get to the core reasons why we get stuck. I help individuals with ADHD, OCD, and other anxiety disorders. The label doesn't matter as much as you do.
