Kassandra is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor as well as a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the State of Ohio. She is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. Outside of work, Kassandra enjoys backpacking and spending time with her husband and dog, Aspen. Aspen is involved in ongoing training towards becoming a certified Therapy Dog.

Client can expect a normal intake process, but in a warm and welcoming environment. Kassandra encourages you to get comfortable, kick off your shoes and take a seat anywhere- even on the floor if you'd like.

Kassandra has worked in many different counseling settings including Community Mental Health, In-Home Therapy, Jails and Private Practice.

Kassandra especially enjoys working with young adults experiencing mood disorders, ADHD and phase of life issues or those who are experiencing the impact of chronic illness in their daily lives. Kassandra also has experience working with couples- both traditional and polyamory- and individuals who align themselves with the LGBTQIA+ communities. Kassandra also has a special interest in addiction, and has worked with clients of many populations who have been affected by this disease.

Kassandra uses Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during sessions to address the needs of clients, meeting them where they are in their therapy journey.

Couples Counseling

Kassandra has experience working with couples- both traditional and polyamory- and individuals who align themselves with the LGBTQIA+ communities.
