Hello there, I'm Dr. Elba, I understand that seeking help for mental health can be daunting and overwhelming! I am here to support you every step of the way! My mission is to promote mental wellness and help individuals achieve their full potential in all areas of their lives. I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality behavioral healthcare, and I am committed to making that a reality through evidence-based practices and compassionate support. I offer medication management for a variety of mental health illnesses such as anxiety disorder, depression, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar disorder, and Schizophrenia. During my session, I utilized therapeutic communication techniques to connect and focus on the patient's needs.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My sessions are focused on Healing and Growth! I support individuals and help them discover their inner strength through guidance and holistic services.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and other intellectual disability. I spent years during my clinical days working with these individuals and their families. Also, they were the focus of my doctoral capstone project. These individuals are often seen as difficult to work with because they require extra time, understanding, and the ability to read non-verbal cues. As a provider, my goal is to change that mindset and provide support to individuals with a disability and their families.
