Or we could explore acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which helps you align your actions with your values. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) might be helpful in challenging negative thoughts, and cognitive processing therapy (CPT) could assist with processing traumatic experiences. I also believe in motivational interviewing to help you find the motivation and inspiration to make positive changes.
