Through our counseling sessions, you will learn valuable coping skills to manage stress and anxiety, as well as gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your life experiences. My goal is to empower you to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I take a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy. This means that I consider the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - and utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment methods to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. Some of the approaches I use include mindfulness-based therapy, which focuses on being present in the moment and cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of your thoughts and feelings. I also incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which helps you identify and clarify your values, and then develop a plan to live in accordance with those values. Additionally, I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which focuses on changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that are contributing to your distress.
