I offer a holistic and integrative approach to therapy—honoring your mind, body, and spirit as we explore what matters and what moves you most deeply. My work is rooted in the belief that healing and transformation happen when we connect authentically—with ourselves, with the world around us, and with something greater. I believe your difficulties are not just challenges to overcome, they are opportunities to become, and discover the richness of who you truly are. Together, we will explore not just what's wrong, but what's possible.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we focus on getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. I will ask questions about your history, current concerns, and goals so I can better understand what brings you to therapy. We will also discuss what you hope to gain from our work and how I can best support you. This initial conversation helps us create a thoughtful, collaborative plan for moving forward.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am trained in modalities that include somatic, existential, mindfulness, holistic, creative arts, IFS and spiritually informed counseling therapies, as well as other more traditional methodologies. My approach is not one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are and provide an unconditional, compassionate space for self-discovery that honors your unique person, life circumstances, values, and goals.
