Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the mental load of life—constantly juggling expectations, relationships, anxiety, or your identity as a woman, mother, or both? I work with women navigating these complex roles and transitions, especially those dealing with late-diagnosed ADHD, parenting stress, and the emotional realities of postpartum. My personal and professional experiences have shown me how often women’s needs are misunderstood, minimized, or unseen. I strive to be the kind of support I once needed. My belief in therapy is rooted in the understanding that we are always growing and changing. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, intrusive thoughts, identity loss, or simply need a space where your feelings are validated, I offer a warm, empowering environment to explore those experiences without shame. I use a blend of cognitive and relational approaches to increase awareness, reshape thinking patterns, and help you reconnect with your sense of self. My goal is to process both current challenges and past experiences to understand how they shape the present—and how we can move forward with intention. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about rediscovering who you are beneath the expectations. You can be a good parent, a whole person, and someone who takes care of themselves—and in doing so, you model strength, boundaries, and self-worth for those around you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I strive to get to know my client in a personal manner that does not involve being robotic with several questions. I used open-ended prompts to help clients explore their experiences, symptoms, and current needs. I can also provide you with guidance and skills to challenge thoughts or beliefs that may be holding you back. Being a relational therapist, I value genuineness and being 'real' in sessions and the relationship with my clients is an important part of growth and healing. Sometimes things just 'suck', and you need someone to sit with you in those feelings for a moment without trying to dismiss or change them. Connection and authenticity are essential to self-understanding, clarity, and growth and change, and I model these behaviors to my clients while providing empathy, validation, and skills to help you cope and make the necessary changes to grow into a more secure and grounded version of yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Validation of the "Unspoken" Experiences: I prioritize holding space for thoughts and emotions that are often misunderstood, dismissed, or stigmatized—like mom guilt, sensory overload, postpartum anxiety, and the masked symptoms of ADHD in women. Lived Empathy and Relatability: I don’t just understand my clients— I have lived through some of the very challenges you’re facing. Empowerment to Reclaim Identity: Whether you're anxious, overwhelmed as a parent or individual, or navigating years of masking due to ADHD, I help you reconnect with your identity and worth outside of societal roles and pressures. Warm, Safe Therapeutic Presence: I create a space where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to speak the truths they’ve never said out loud. This is foundational for real therapeutic progress. Insight-Oriented + Skills-Based Approach: I blend relational depth and insight with cognitive restructuring and psychoeducation—helping clients not only understand their patterns, but learn concrete ways to shift them. Advocacy for Underrepresented Realities: I aspire to help correct the invisibility and misunderstanding of women’s mental health—especially around ADHD, motherhood, and postpartum. I help your clients name what’s been unnamed and normalize that it's often a shared experience that society does not encourage us to vocalize. Belief in Growth and Change: My foundational belief that people are always growing and evolving guides a hopeful, forward-looking approach that meets clients where they are and helps them move toward where they want to be.
