My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

Clients will understand how trauma has affected their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, learn skills to manage anxiety, fear, sadness, anger, or guilt.Gradually process memories of the traumatic event in a safe, structured way. Replace unhelpful beliefs (such as "I'm not safe anywhere" or "It was all my fault") with more accurate, balanced ones. Feel more in control and able to move forward

Person-centered (Rogerian)

The goal is to help you better understand yourself and make decisions that fit your values.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is used to identify negative thought patterns, and develop more balanced, realistic ways of thinking, and practice new behaviors that support your goals.
