New to Grow
Hi, I’m a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, and ADHD with clarity and confidence. I provide personalized, evidence-based care that combines medication management with supportive therapy to help you feel better and function at your best. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on real-life results so you can move forward with greater stability, focus, and peace of mind.
Your first session is all about understanding you—your history, your symptoms, and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, including your mental health history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and any prior treatments or medications. I’ll ask thoughtful, structured questions, but there’s always space for you to share what feels most important. By the end of the session, you can expect more clarity about what may be going on, an initial diagnosis if appropriate, and a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication options, supportive therapy strategies, and practical next steps tailored to your goals. Most importantly, you’ll leave with a clear plan and a provider who is collaborative, direct, and focused on helping you feel better and function more effectively in your daily life.
My greatest strengths come from combining clinical precision with real-world practicality—patients don’t just feel heard, they actually get results. I don’t guess I assess thoroughly and systematically. Patients who’ve been overlooked or misdiagnosed finally get clear answers, especially those with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. I integrate evidence-based prescribing with supportive psychotherapy in every session. My clients benefit from both symptom relief and practical coping strategies not one or the other.
My ideal candidate is an adult that struggles with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Mild-to-moderate trauma/stress-related conditions. Working professionals, grad students, entrepreneurs. A high-functioning but overwhelmed adult (often with ADHD, anxiety, or depression) who wants structured, efficient, and practical psychiatric care and are willing to engage consistently, seeking clarity, accountability, measurable progress, personalized treatment, and long-term stability.
Supportive
Using active listening, validation, consistency and reliability help my clients feel heard, understood, respected, and safe. Supportive therapy focuses on strengthening a client’s existing coping mechanisms, improving emotional regulation, and maintaining stability. It’s grounded in a strong therapeutic alliance and is especially useful for clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and those in crisis or high-stress periods.
