Dr. Regine Muradian
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 16 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, parents, and families navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, parenting challenges, and periods of emotional overwhelm. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should offer more than a place to talk. It should help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools that create meaningful change. I draw primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy while tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, personality, culture, and life experiences.
First session
During our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and gently challenged. Together, we will identify your goals, strengthen coping and communication skills, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your choices. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, but you do not have to navigate everything alone. My goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger connection to yourself and the people who matter most to you.
Strengths
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I combine compassion, clinical insight, and practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients recognize patterns, build confidence, and make meaningful changes. I am especially skilled at connecting with children, teens, parents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions.
Ideal clients
My ideal client is someone who may be struggling with anxiety, ADHD, relationship or parenting challenges, trauma, or a significant life transition and is ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I enjoy working with teens, adults, and parents who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the life they want. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and strengthen confidence, emotional regulation, and relationships. I offer a warm, collaborative environment.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in a collaborative and practical way. Together, we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another and identify patterns that may be keeping you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. I help you examine unhelpful beliefs, develop more balanced ways of thinking, and practice concrete coping strategies between sessions. My goal is not simply to help you “think positively,” but to give you tools that create meaningful and lasting changes in how you feel, respond, and navigate everyday challenges.
