I am a licensed therapist in Florida, Massachusetts, and Alabama with nearly a decade of professional experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. My expertise includes helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, intimacy-related issues, grief and loss, trauma-informed care, parenting, and advocacy. In addition to providing individual therapy, I have a strong background in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective, personalized treatment plans. CBT is pretty much a form of “talk therapy” in which I have years of experience with. Once I’ve identified the relationship between a clients problems, behavior, and thoughts, I can aid my clients to learn healthy ways to cope and manage their thoughts, emotions and behaviors according to each clients unique set of needs.
Strength-Based Therapy empowers individuals to draw upon their inherent strengths to navigate life’s challenges. By focusing on what is working and what they already possess—resilience, skills, values, and experiences—clients are encouraged to move forward with confidence and purpose.
