Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps adults move through anxiety, depression, and complicated family dynamics with more clarity, confidence, and calm. I know life doesn't come with a manual, and sometimes it helps to have someone walk alongside you while you figure things out. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by your relationships, navigating a life transition, or simply feeling lost, you don't have to go it alone. I'd be honored to support you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a "get to know you" session, where we will go over some of your background and what brought you to seeking counseling. We will begin identifying what changes you want to see and setting goals centered on those changes.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I like to approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and a healthy dose of practicality. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard and understood - not judged or "fixed." Together, we will work to uncover patterns, identify what is keeping you stuck, and find tools that fit your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You are the expert of your life, and even if it doesn't feel like it in the moment, you know yourself the best. I hope to help you make sense of it all and provide guidance and insight to help you tap into your potential for change and understanding.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I have training and experience utilizing a number of treatment modalities and how to incorporate them when working with clients. This allows me to not focus on the linear approach but rather what will suit you the best.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

While my approach is integrative, the basics of CBT are often used as a foundational therapy as it is versatile within itself and is largely used in a lot of other modalities.

Strength-Based

I often focus on strengths and how they can be used to lift up someone when they are experiencing challenges. We will look at your challenges and focus on your strengths so that we can overcome obstacles, whether tangible or otherwise, and develop strategies together.
