Hello everyone. I would first like to say that I am pleased to have the opportunity of being your counselor/therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with certification specializing in Women's Mental Health (WMHS-C). I know finding a therapist in todays society can be difficult but you've made it this far, and so it's a pleasure to meet you!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing in order to help me create a tailored plan for our work together. We will go over assessments, diagnosis, history as well as what you're wanting to gain from your therapy experience and any goals you may have for your personal growth or development.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I find that I have a toolbox of proven skills that help manage symptoms, facilitate change and guide self exploration.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I would love to work with you on understanding and obtaining a full grasp on achieving balance via your own personal values. I provide counseling through Telehealth to adult women (18+) struggling from anxiety and/or depression, that find it difficult to make it into a traditional office every week. Counseling through Telehealth allows for your therapy experience to be detailed through accommodations or preferences that you may have.

Even during my intake appointment, Krystal's kindness and empathy stood out to me. I felt heard and also truly appreciated the time and care she put into the session-- I did not feel rushed at all. I struggle with anxiety and felt really calm during our meeting, which I believe says a lot about how she helped guide the conversation. I look forward to working with her moving forward!

I wanted to pick all of the words describing Krystal's therapy style! She is warm, authentic, and humorous, making it a safe space for me to open up. The is also intelligent and obviously well-read, adding helpful statistics and bigger picture thinking. I also really appreciate how she challenges me and is solution oriented. I like that she gives me homework!
