I am Eddie L. Posadas, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, license number LMFT 144220. I am experienced in working with client who have experience various levels of trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Somatic EMDR. Additionally, I am also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and in Clinical Trauma Professional. My practice serves individuals across all age groups—from children to adolescents to adults—as well as couples, families, and groups.

My therapeutic approach is structured around a comprehensive four-phase model—establishing trust and rapport, delivering psychoeducation, fostering self-regulation skills, and processing traumatic memories—creating a secure holding space for clients to engage in their healing process.
