Hi, my name is Alicia and I am here to assist you with your anxiety or depression, and the burden of having to work towards overcoming it. Also, if you are struggling to be kind to yourself and be present in what your life holds, I am here to help you. Having a healthy life includes balance. Finding balance won't be easy, but we can work towards getting through it together. How will we work through obstacles together? By using a whole person self approach to address your needs. A few of my counseling approaches include cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and client-centered therapy. Seeking therapy isn't easy. Life can be so overwhelming, and seeking therapy can be a lifesaver. Everyone deserves a safe space to be heard.
