New to Grow
Hi! My name is Noor-jehan, and I’m a licensed clinical social worker who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up just as you are. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’m here to help you untangle the layers of stress, identity, and relationships that may be weighing you down, so you can feel more grounded, authentic, and at peace. I approach each session with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your culture, story, and pace.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what you’d like to focus on and what feels most supportive for you right now. I aim to create a space that honors your story, culture, and lived experience so you can feel seen, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
I bring warmth, cultural sensitivity, and a calm presence into my work. My greatest strengths lie in helping clients feel at ease while navigating difficult emotions and life transitions. I value honesty, curiosity, and connection, and I work to empower each person to reconnect with their strengths and sense of self.
I am best positioned to work with clients navigating stress, identity questions, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I especially welcome individuals who want a space where culture, identity, and lived experience are honored and explored as part of the healing process. My ideal clients are those seeking a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment to reflect, gain clarity, and build coping skills—whether through practical strategies, deeper self-understanding, or both—so they can feel more grounded, authentic, and aligned with themselves.
I describe my approach as eclectic because I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, but always with the same intention—to help you feel seen, grounded, and supported. I tailor our work to fit what feels most natural and helpful for you, blending structure and reflection in a way that honors your pace and lived experience.
