I already feel batter after speaking with each therapist. I am not sure if it is actually sharing my feeling for once that is helping. The medication? Both? I just know that I am not as miserable and not loading up my head all day with negative thoughts. I am still anxious and edgy but not as down.

Debra was very kind and understanding. She did not rush me through my questions. She was willing and able to explain medications and their impacts in detail. She made me feel heard and seen. She even took the time to teach me how to advocate for myself with other providers to ensure I am getting the care I need.
