I am accepting new patients! I have openings on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays! Having 20 years of rich nursing experience, I am excited to dedicate my time now to providing effective, up-to-date, and evidence-based care to patients. My background is in emergency medicine as a mobile intensive care unit nurse, flight nurse, and emergency room nurse. Having deep empathy for patients struggling with mental health needs, I am driven to provide the best possible support and treatment for each patient. I will be serving patients (ages 13 and up) living in the State of Kentucky and Ohio per telehealth services.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Creating a safe and comfortable interaction is a top priority for me. Before our first session, I will review any intake paperwork and any other information I have obtained. I will email you a link to an assessment to complete. During our session, I will ask more in depth questions based on your intake information, MindMetrix, and screening results. We will figure out what your needs are and what we need to treat. Then, we will work together to create a treatment plan that will improve your mental well-being.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Several close family members to me and myself personally have experienced mental health challenges. I have a deep empathy and desire to help others facing similar challenges. I understand how frustrating and hopeless mental health challenges can sometimes make you feel. As a Provider, I am here to listen to your needs and concerns. I am here to remind you that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Your journey to better mental health starts now so let's work on this together.

I have been seeing Megan for about 6 or so months. She will go above and beyond to try and help you find a solution. I have never had a provider that actively listens to what I have to say or that will allow me to give my insights and not be judged for it. You can see that she truly enjoys helping others.
