(she/her)
Natasha is here to walk alongside you through this process. With over 15 years of experience, Natasha works with people of all ages—children, teens, and adults—from various backgrounds. Her focus includes issues like depression, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, grief, behavior management, divorce, and life transitions. She also helps with relationship concerns and works with families who need to reconnect or resolve conflicts.
Your first session with me will consist of gathering information and history to understand better the reasons for why you came to therapy. We will discuss where you are, where you’ve been and where you’d like to go. We go at your pace and if you need guidance in developing goals, this is a safe space to explore possible outcomes together. Sometimes we can decide early on, and other times, as we work together, new goals and insights emerge.
My approach is genuine, open, and communicative, and I believe in giving thoughtful feedback. I also believe in a holistic approach, looking at mind, body and spirit connections to mental health issues.
Thank you for taking the brave step to seek support. While this journey may present challenges, it can ultimately lead to profound and lasting healing. I am committed to fostering a collaborative relationship with my clients, believing that they hold the key to their own outcomes, supported by my guidance and encouragement. I consider the therapeutic alliance to be fundamental to successful therapy. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to healing and wellness.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a core part of my therapeutic approach. I was trained in CBT early in my clinical work and have continued to use it because of its structure, evidence base, and practical tools. In my practice, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, change behavior patterns, and build coping skills. I tailor CBT techniques to each person’s needs and often incorporate homework and real-life practice to support progress. CBT’s flexibility and effectiveness make it a key method I use to help clients create meaningful change.
