Are you struggling with feeling “not good enough”? Wondering who you really are beneath the pain and past experiences that have shaped you? Maybe you feel stuck, unsure where to begin, or who you could become beyond the trauma and hardships you’ve faced. Asking these questions — and confronting these memories — can feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is possible, and the first step is simply starting. I believe the only way out is through. I’ve walked this path myself and have had the privilege of helping many others navigate their own journeys of healing and self-discovery. Our thoughts create our reality — and with the right support, tools, and guidance, you can shift your mindset and create the life you truly desire. I blend both traditional therapeutic approaches (CBT, TF-CBT, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy) and holistic healing practices (Reiki, astrology, breathwork, meditation, somatic bodywork) to meet you exactly where you are. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Certified Life Coach, and Certified Reiki Practitioner, I specialize in helping people heal deeply, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover who they are beyond their past. Let’s take the first step together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is all about connection and understanding. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very beginning. We’ll start by talking about what brought you to counseling — what challenges you’re facing, what areas you’d like to work on, and what you hope to achieve through our work together. I’ll also spend time getting to know you beyond your struggles — learning about who you are as a person, what you enjoy, what you value about yourself, and the hobbies or interests that bring you joy. Building a full picture of your life helps me tailor our sessions to fit you, not just your symptoms or circumstances. You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you’re encouraged to be yourself, share at your own pace, and ask any questions you may have. We’ll work together to start setting some initial goals, but there’s no pressure — the first session is about laying a strong, compassionate foundation for your healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is creating a safe, empathetic, and welcoming space where clients can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I know how intimidating it can be to open up about personal struggles, so my first priority is making sure you feel at ease and comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. I have a strong ability to recognize patterns — the ways past experiences, generational conditioning, and internal narratives may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll gently uncover these patterns and explore new perspectives that empower you to see yourself and your future in a new light. I’m committed to helping you not only heal but also reconnect with your sense of joy, curiosity, and hope along the way. While we will tackle deep and sometimes painful topics, I believe that healing doesn’t always have to be heavy — I bring warmth, authenticity, humor, and encouragement to the process to make it feel less daunting and more empowering. Above all, I offer unwavering support through every step of your journey. No matter what you’re facing, you won’t have to face it alone.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m passionate about working with adults, ages 20 and up, who are ready to heal from past trauma and break free from the generational patterns and conditioning that have been holding them back. My clients are often at a crossroads, questioning who they are and which direction they want their lives to take. Many struggle with self-esteem, confidence, or feeling undeserving of the life they truly want. Deep down, they know change is necessary — they just aren’t sure where or how to begin. Together, we work to untangle the past, rebuild self-worth, and create a clear, empowering path forward.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I regularly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT into my work with clients. These approaches help you understand the powerful connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors — and how these patterns can either support or hold you back. Together, we’ll identify thought patterns that no longer serve you and replace them with healthier, more empowering ones. I’ll guide you through practical exercises, tools, and techniques designed to help rewire your brain, create new neural pathways, and foster lasting changes in both your mindset and your daily life.

Integrative

I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals, blending a variety of methods to create a personalized experience. I draw from traditional therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide a strong, evidence-based foundation for growth. I also integrate holistic, non-traditional practices like energy healing, astrology, breathwork, life coaching, meditation, and somatic bodywork to support deeper emotional and energetic healing. By combining these approaches, we’re able to address healing on multiple levels — mind, body, and spirit — and create a path forward that feels authentic, empowering, and sustainable for you.
