Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Connecticut. I received my Masters from Fordham University, In Westchester, NY and have been practicing for 3 years. I help my clients navigate through their current struggles, such as family conflict, depression, anxiety, stress or daily life transitions. I hope to help change the stigma associated with receiving support and a provide a safe space for clients to reach their goals.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. I work with what you are willing to share and will ease you into parts that might be more uncomfortable. It's a privilege for one to be able to share their story, and the hope is for clients to feel secure and empowered enough to share their story with me when they're ready. Together, we will work together for you to be able to reach the best version of yourself while navigating any potential pitfalls from the past or current life that would sabotage your current progress.
My greatest strength as a provider is I'm person-centered and take honor in knowing that I will help encourage clients to see themselves beyond their past and current circumstances. I have a relaxed and balanced approach to help make the therapeutic process enjoyable and manageable, while also helping to clients to develop a healthier and deeper connection with themselves.
I pride myself on being a compassionate and empathic therapist who strives to develop and strengthen the therapeutic alliance between myself and the clients I'm working with. I aim to give clients the tools to move beyond current or past obstacles so they can move forward in their lives. I aims to ensure services are tailored to the individual and their needs. Whether it be a young teenager trying to figure out their sense of belonging or an adult whose dealing with work, personal, or social challenges that prevents them from showing up for themselves and others around them.
