I am a wife, mom, pastor, and clinician who believes everyone deserves a chance to live a peaceful, happy and purposeful life. I am excited to be a part of the journey to release what joy that already lives inside of you. It is never too late to become who you want to be, and its okay if that's not who you wanted to be yesterday. Never settle for anything less than being your most authentic self.

In the first session client's should expect to find a safe, clam and welcoming space where they are invited to share, learn and prepare to do the work of healing.

I am a lets get to the core of this issue without shame and judgment. I love to see people unlock the beauty that is already inside of them with direct, authentic, affirming, and empowering communication.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with clients who seek balance over juggling, who believe that deserve rest over a fifth cup of coffee. My desire is to help clients give themselves permission to do what they instinctively know what is right for themselves, and have somehow gotten stuck or taught that their needs should be last in their lives.

As a marriage and family therapist I incorporate family systems theory into my work with individuals, couples and families
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
A safe space without judgment or condemnation is vital, the work of healing is challenging enough. unconditional positive regard is my standard in practice, coupled with direct communication.
Faith based therapy
As a pastor and MFT, I work to help clients move away from religious trauma and towards a healthy faith based belief in their abilities and a closer relationship with their faith.
