Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in Connecticut. I received my masters degree from Fairfield University and have been practicing for 9 years. I help young adults/adults struggling with depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety. Together we determine the best pharmacological (and non-pharmacological) interventions to provide relief of symptoms. I offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management. I will *no longer* be prescribing benzodiazepines or stimulants. I do not complete accommodations/disability paperwork. I work with adults (18 - 64 years old) to improve the quality of their lives through a collaborative process in which client and provider together devise treatment plans. I combine clinical expertise with a warm, empathetic approach to help clients achieve their best mental health.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session we'll start with brief introductions and then jump into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in treating young adults/adults and offer a non-judgmental, friendly and empathetic approach to each client's circumstances.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I like to work with clients from all backgrounds and help them achieve their treatment goals. An ideal psychiatric patient is someone who actively participates in their treatment and consistently shows up for their appointments, demonstrating openness and self-awareness about their mental health. I am committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals dealing with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder as well as other mental health challenges. I tailor treatment plans to the specific needs of my clients and look forward to helping them become a better version of themselves.
