During our first session, I will take the time to get to know you, your background, and what has led you to seek therapy. We will explore your concerns, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll also answer any questions you may have and provide insight into my therapeutic approach. This session is a safe, supportive space for us to begin building a trusting relationship and setting the foundation for your healing journey.

My greatest strengths as a provider lie in my ability to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. I take a candid, direct, and open approach, helping clients feel comfortable while fostering meaningful conversations. My success comes from implementing CBT, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based perspectives, allowing me to tailor treatment to each individual’s unique needs and strengths.

I am best positioned to serve women navigating depression, anxiety, and overwhelming stress. My clients often feel stuck, emotionally drained, or weighed down by intrusive thoughts and self-doubt. I provide a supportive, empowering space where we work together to build coping strategies, develop emotional resilience, and reduce daily stressors. My goal is to help you regain balance, confidence, and a sense of control over your life.
