Are you feeling overwhelmed, constantly overthinking, or struggling to keep up with the demands of life? When anxiety, stress, or depression start affecting your relationships, work, or sense of peace, it can feel isolating. Therapy can help you regain balance, strengthen your coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor and therapist who works with women experiencing anxiety, depression, and high levels of stress. My approach is warm, supportive, and direct. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we will focus on strengthening your coping skills, building emotional resilience, and helping you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so the first session is focused on helping you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the process. I will ask questions about your background, stressors, and goals so I can better understand your experiences. You will also have time to ask questions about therapy and my approach. My goal for the first session is to create a supportive space where you feel heard and where we can begin identifying meaningful goals for your growth and healing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is creating a warm and supportive environment where clients feel safe being honest about their struggles. I combine compassion with a direct and collaborative style that encourages growth and self-reflection. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical coping strategies. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and create lasting, positive change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, and overwhelming life stress. Many of my clients feel stuck, emotionally drained, or struggle with overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and self-doubt. In therapy, we focus on reducing stress, strengthening emotional resilience, and developing healthier ways to cope with challenges. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and equipped with the tools needed to regain balance and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
