Her sessions are organized with the use of different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused Therapy, tailored to the needs of her clients.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Sephora is efficient in collaborating with her clients in addressing childhood experiences, anxiety, and depression. Sephora has worked with clients from youth to adults and brings a wealth of knowledge in addressing a variety of conditions, life situations, and problems.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

With open arms, I welcome clients aged 18-40 who are facing life transitions, experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or difficulties managing their moods. Client's who are facing big life decisions/milestones, those who feel as if life has lost its light, and those who have unprocessed adverse childhood experiences.
